Overview

BioData Catalyst powered by Seven Bridges offers a repository of publicly available R Shiny apps.

Access Interactive Web Apps

In order to access the Interactive Web Apps:

1. Click Public Gallery in the main navigation.
2. Choose option Interactive Web Apps.

The gallery with all available Interactive Web Apps is displayed.

3. Click Open for the app you want to access.
