Access via the API

BioData Catalyst powered by Seven Bridges API is a set of RESTful web services intended for integration and automation. The API allows you to interact with the Platform as you would via the visual interface.

You can read and write information about projects, simplify the upload and metadata capture process, build automated workflows to perform quality control checks, and run analytical tools.

You can also integrate the Platform with other applications and automate common procedures.
