CummeRbundQC gives a way of assessing the quality of differential expression analysis performed with Cuffdiff. It takes a cuffdiff.zip folder as input and produces a report that can be viewed on the Seven Bridges Platform or downloaded to your local drive. The report is also rendered in a page that can be viewed directly from outside the Platform in any internet browser. Files that can be visualized with CummeRbundQC have the special extension cuffdiffcummerbund_report.b64html.
