New public project available on BioData CATALYST

The Chest Imaging Platform (CIP) CT Phenotyping and Machine Learning Discovery in COPD public project is now available on BioData CATALYST powered by Seven Bridges. This project is developed and maintained by Applied Chest Imaging Laboratory at Harvard Medical School and hosted by Seven Bridges.

The Chest Imaging Platform can enable the development and translation of known and novel quantitative phenotypes in lung diseases, including COPD, ILD and ALI. The work of ACIL is also focused on developing novel techniques using artificial intelligence and deep learning for segmentation, classification and lung disease characterization.

This project provides 3 Apps to run end-to-end workflows based on the CIP tools for chest CT segmentation and phenotyping along with 2 interactive analyses and 1 App for COPD discovery and classification, using deep learning and machine learning.
